Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Pickup from the airport/hotel by our professional English-speaking guide/driver and be taken to your hotel in Nairobi for the overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

At 8 o’clock, you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley viewpoint where you will have a breathtaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Lunch will be on the way. In the afternoon after you check in depart for a sunset game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. From 4 to 6 .30 p.m.

Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffet dinner ending with a good time for resting at tented camp

Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourist destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. It’s regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the wonder of the world.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. There are lots of resident hippos and crocodiles sited at the banks of Mara River. This day we will go all the way to the Mara river and spend as much time as possible in the park.

Optional: In the evening, visit the local Masai village for a Masai cultural tour at USD 10 per person. Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Masai people. A night visit to the Maasai village can be organized upon request.

Dinner and overnight at Lenchada Touristic Camp.

Day 4: Depart Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

You will enjoy the last early morning game drive in Mara Reserve followed by breakfast. Thereafter commence drive to Nakuru. Upon arrival at 5:00 p.m., you will spend the night at the Lanet Mat Fam Hotel.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha/Hell’s Gate

Depart at 7 a.m. and go for 2 to 3 hours game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. It’s a small park and the main aim is to see the endangered rhinos and some rare pink flamingoes. You will start your one-hour trip to Lake Naivasha/Hell’s Gate National Park for a mini safari. In Hell’s Gate, people have the option of doing a biking safari people do that here.

Dinner and overnight at Taphe Resort or Dovenest Lodge.

Day 6: Lake Naivasha to Namanga Border

Breakfast at the resort, then have 1-hour boat ride in the Lake for hippo viewing and bird watching. Thereafter, proceed to Namanga which is the border town to get ready for the Tanzania part. Lunch will be on the way. You will get your visa and other stamps this day. Accommodation at the Namanga River hotel.

Day 7: Namanga/Arusha to Manyara National Park

Drive and join a group to Manyara national park. Manyara is 2 hours drive from Arusha and it’s a small park that you can do game drives for 2 to 3 hours. Game drive after lunch until evening. Dinner and relax at the Jambo campsite

Day 8: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Breakfast then Leave for Serengeti. Arrive and start the game drive en-route to the camp. More game drives afternoon until late evening. Dinner and relax at the Seronera Campsite

Day 9: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Early morning game drive in Serengeti until 1:00 p.m. Depart after lunch. Game drive en-route to Ngorongoro and arrive at Simba Campsite to spend the night there. Dinner and relax at the Simba Campsite.

Day 10: Ngorongoro to Tarangire National Park

Breakfast, game drive then leave for Ngorongoro for a safari game drive with picnic lunch. Depart after 1 pm and start to drive to Tarangire National park. Dinner and overnight at a campsite.

Day 11: Tarangire to Arusha

Breakfast, then leave for game drive until 1 pm and start the drive to Arusha. Dinner and overnight stay at Venus Premier Hotel.

Day 12: Arusha to Nairobi

Breakfast, then board a shuttle to arrive in Nairobi at around 3 pm.
