Spend the days enjoying beaches of Zanzibar and the Swahili way of living or at the resorts swimming pool. Scuba diving or diving course for beginners are available (at an Extra cost) at most of the beach resorts in Zanzibar.

Early breakfast at your hotel. At 7.30 am pick from the hotel for the transfer to Prison Island Jetty. At 9.00 am, a motor boat will take you on a 20 minutes ride to Prison Island. The islet was formerly used as a private detention for disobedient slaves. Later a jail was constructed, but never actually used.

Today, the island is a small tourist resort, famous for its giant tortoises. Our tour guide will give you a short introduction to the islet’s interesting past and you can then spend some time sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling,or walking around to see tortoises and peacocks.Return to your hotel for lunch and rest in the afternoon. Dinner & overnight at Neptune Pwani Beach Resort and Spa.

Today, take a short flight from Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve for a two-night stay. Flight departs Zanzibar at 0745 hours and arrives Selous at 0845 hours. On arrival transfer to your chosen camp or lodge in time for lunch.Enjoy an afternoon guided safari into this wonderful wilderness area. Overnight at Selous Kinga Lodge, Selous Game Reserve.

Today you will experience exciting game activities which could include walking safaris, guided game drives or boat trips. The reserve is immense, remote and wild and no human habitation is allowed within its boundaries, apart from at the various camps and lodges.Today it boasts some of Africa’s finest virgin bush, inhabited by three quarters of a million wild animals. Experienced and friendly game rangers will introduce you to of the continent’s best game reserves.

After breakfast at the camp in Selous, transfer to the airstrip fro flight from Selous, back to Zanzibar. The flight departs at 0915 hours and arrives Zanzibar at 1100 hours. On arrival in Zanzibar you will be met by Hallmark Travel Planner’s representative and transferred to the beach hotel – Neptune Pwani Beach Resort and Spa

Breakfast at your hotel in Zanzibar. Depending on the time of your flight, we transfer your to the airport for your flight out of East Africa.
